RETURNS & EXCHANGES
MAKE A RETURN
Step 1: Start your return directly from the ‘Returns & Exchanges’ section in your My Account area. Alternatively, you can initiate your return here using your order number and email address. Once your return has been successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation email containing all relevant details, including the tracking number for your return and the return label. Please make sure to print the label.
Step 2: Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and have all tags still attached. Items that do not meet these requirements cannot be accepted.
Step 3: If possible, place the items back into the original parcel. If the original packaging is not suitable, please use your own secure packaging.
Step 4: Affix the return label on the parcel, covering the original delivery address label.
Step 5: All returns are handled via DHL, with Royal Mail available as an additional option for customers in the UK. You can drop off your parcel at your nearest DHL Service Point (or Royal Mail Post Office, where applicable), or hand it directly to the driver if you have scheduled a collection.
Step 6: Keep a record of your return tracking number as shown on the label. This allows you to track your parcel and helps us resolve any issues should they arise.

Your refund will be issued once your returned items have been received and inspected by our warehouse team. We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible, and your refund will be completed shortly after the quality check has been finalised.
Once your refund has been processed, bank or payment provider processing times may vary. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been issued.
Please note that warehouse processing times may take a little longer during peak periods, such as sales or holiday seasons.
We are sorry to hear you’ve received the wrong item. You can return unwanted items within 28 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns for items purchased through third-party retailers or other online platforms. Please contact the original retailer directly for assistance with returns, exchanges, or refunds, as their policies will apply.
We hope you love everything you order from Fiorucci. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are in their original, sellable condition, unworn, and with all original tags still attached.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of candles, earrings, bodysuits, or swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed.
Additionally, customised products created through our Product Configurator are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made to order according to your specific selections.
If an item is returned in an unsellable condition or does not comply with our Returns Policy, we may send it back to your delivery address and ask you to cover the shipping costs.
All returns are handled via DHL. Customers in the United Kingdom may also return their orders using Royal Mail. You can choose to schedule a collection directly with DHL (or Royal Mail, if applicable) or drop off your parcel at the nearest DHL Service Point. If you decide to use an alternative courier or service, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
REQUEST AN EXCHANGE
Yes, exchanges are available for the same product in a different size only.
If you wish to make an exchange, please select the size you would like to receive before submitting your request, and return the original item within 28 days of delivery (following our standard return procedure).

All items must be unworn, in their original condition, and have all tags still attached.
If the requested size is unavailable, you will receive a full refund instead.
