Placing an Order
Certainly not, you can check out as a guest on fiorucci.com as well as check your order online here using your order number and the email address you used at checkout.
If you have a Fiorucci account, you can check your order status in the ‘Orders’ section in My Account area.
If you have an order number but haven’t received a confirmation email, please ensure that your email address was entered correctly during checkout.
If no recent order appears in your account, it’s possible that the order was not successfully placed. In that case, you can try placing the order again or reach out to us through our Contact Page with the details of your attempted order, and our team will be happy to assist you.
If you’re experiencing difficulties placing an order, please reach out to us through our Contact Page. Our team will be happy to assist you! To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include details such as the device and browser you’re using, and attach screenshots if possible.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to make any changes to an order once it has been placed.
However, you can return unwanted items within 28 days of receiving your order for a refund.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed, however will be attempted. If you believe that your delivery address is incorrect, please reach out to us through our Contact Page, and our team will be happy to assist you.

Klarna Pay Later allows you to delay the payment of your purchase by 30 days without interest or fees.
Klarna Pay Over Time allows you to spread the cost of your purchase in 3 interest-free installments.
Klarna will perform a soft search with a credit reference agency and this will not affect your credit rating. Please note, Fiorucci is unable to provide any details if you're not eligible to pay using Klarna services. If you have any questions regarding your payment, please contact Klarna customer service team.
When landing on Fiorucci.com you are asked to confirm the country you are browsing from. All transactions are processed in the currency displayed at checkout. Prices may be shown in different currencies depending on your location, but the final charge will be made in the currency confirmed during payment.
Promo codes must be entered manually at checkout at the time of purchase. They cannot be applied to previous orders or redeemed for cash or credit. Please note that only one promo code can be used per transaction, and it cannot be combined with any other offer unless explicitly stated.
We reserve the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend any promo code at any time without prior notice, where necessary.

All orders are shipped from the UK and orders shipping outside the UK, EU, US and Canada are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means your order may be subject to customs and import charges in the destination country.
It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of the import regulations that apply to their country and to pay any applicable charges on delivery. Fiorucci are unable to advise on local import charges and we strongly recommend that you check if charges will apply with your local tax office.
Should you refuse to pay any import charges and the goods are returned to us we will refund your order less the shipping charges that we incur.

We use DHL Express for all UK, EU, US and Worldwide deliveries, with Royal Mail available as an additional option for customers in the UK.
When your order is ready to leave our warehouse, you will receive an email that will contain a tracking link which will become active once the courier has received your parcel.
If you have a Fiorucci account and were logged in at the time of purchase, you can view your tracking information under the ‘Orders’ section in My Account.
Depending on your country of residence you will receive an email confirming the delivery the day before or morning of the delivery day, which will give you delivery options should you not be available to receive your parcel.
Should you request that your parcel is left in a safe place without a signature, Fiorucci or the courier will not be liable for any lost or missing orders.
We advise that deliveries to the UK should take 1-2 working days, EU orders should take 2-8 working days, US and Canada orders should take 1-4 working days and Rest of the World deliveries should take 3-8 working days. If you have not received your parcel after this time, please reach out to us through our Contact Page including your order number so we can investigate for you.
Please note, during sale and busy periods, these timeframes may be extended.
Please note that, due to high demand, some items may occasionally become unavailable after your order is placed. If part of your order has been cancelled, you will be notified by email.
All orders sent by DHL require a signature on delivery. Please, be aware that DHL is not a named delivery service which means that your order does not have to be signed for specifically by you.
We will not be liable for any lost or missing orders that have been signed for at the delivery address.
If the courier attempts delivery and you are not available, attempts will be made to redeliver again and a calling card will be left. If delivery is attempted multiple times and the delivery is not successful your order will be returned to the warehouse.

Any items that are placed in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers while you are browsing, in the unlikely case we run out of stock while you are shopping, we will let you know if we are unable to fulfil your order.
We may choose not to accept your order at our discretion for any reason without liability to you, for example if we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, if shipping restrictions apply to an item, if an item is out of stock, if an item falls short of our quality control standards and is withdrawn or if you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the terms.
We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. This includes refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
After submitting an order, we will send you an order acknowledgement email. This email will include your order number and details of the items you have ordered from us. Please note, that this email is an acknowledgement of your order and is not an acceptance of your order.
Payment will be debited from your nominated payment method as soon as your order has been submitted. In the event that the order is cancelled by us, you will be notified by email and a refund will be issued to the payment method used at checkout.
