ORDERS

You agree that your order is an offer to purchase the product(s) listed in your order per the Terms. You agree that an order is engaging in a contract with Fiorucci Holdings Ltd. All orders are subject to our acceptance and availability. Items that are placed in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers before confirmation. We will inform you if we are unable to fulfil your order. We may choose not to accept your order in our discretion for any reason without liability to you. Examples of occasions we may not accept your order are if we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, if shipping restrictions apply to an ordered item, if an item ordered is out of stock, if an item ordered does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or if you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the Terms.

We are under a legal duty to supply goods that conform with their description on the website.

After submitting an order to us, we will send you an order acknowledgment email. This email will include your order number, details of the items you have ordered from us and delivery details. Please note that this email is an acknowledgement of your order and is not an acceptance of your order.

Acceptance of your order and formation of a contract of sale takes place when your order has been dispatched and we have sent you an email confirming this.

When placing an order for the first time, you may be required to or may be offered the option to register with us and complete certain required fields on an order form. Payment will be debited from your nominated payment method when your order is despatched.

COLOURS SHOWN

Fiorucci will make all effort to show the colour of the garments as close to reality as possible. However, the colours that appear on the screen can vary in accordance with the quality and/or settings of your computer monitor. We cannot guarantee that the colours shown on the website exactly reproduce the colours of the actual garments.

PRICES

Prices shown on the Website are in Dollars, Pounds Sterling or Euros and are inclusive of VAT. Prices do not include delivery costs.

All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The Dollar, Pound Sterling or Euro price of a product displayed on the Website at the time the order is accepted will be honoured, except in cases of obvious error.

Prices are subject to change if the applicable currency exchange rate changes before your order is accepted or the items are subject to markdowns at any time during the selling period.

If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Dollars, Pounds Sterling or Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. All orders are placed with Fiorucci Holdings Ltd, which is a UK entity. Your card issuer or payment method provider may therefore apply other international bank charges. We have no control and cannot predict the amount of these charges. Please contact your issuing bank before placing your order if this applies to you.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

All promotional codes must be entered manually at checkout at the time of purchase. Promotional codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders and are not redeemable for cash or credit. Only one promotional code may be used per transaction and promotional codes cannot be combined with any other offer or code. Each promotional code is subject to its own specific terms and conditions. Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes are valid on full-price items only.

New Customer Welcome Offer – 10% Off First Purchase
The New Customer Welcome Offer promotional code may be used once only on your first purchase. This code is valid on full-price items only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional code. It is not valid on Outlet items. This offer is valid for a limited time and while stocks last.

Outlet Extra 10% Off Offer
The Outlet Extra 10% Off promotional code is valid on Outlet (Last Chance) items only and is not valid on full-price items. The code entitles you to 10% off selected items within the Last Chance categories and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional code.

Birthday 20% Offer
The Birthday promotional code is valid on full-price items only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional code. It is not valid on Outlet items. This offer is valid for a limited time, as specified in the birthday email received.

Bluelight Network Offer The Bluelight Network promotional code is valid on full-price items only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional code. It is not valid on Outlet items.

We reserve the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend any promotional code at any time without prior notice where we deem it necessary.

PAYMENT

The prices shown are per item and include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated, but exclude delivery charges. We reserve the right to correct any obvious pricing errors displayed on the website and to change prices and conditions without prior notice. We therefore recommend that you review the Terms & Conditions each time you visit our site.

Payment may be made using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna, Diners Club, and Discover. Payment is taken and captured in full at the time the order is placed, and the total amount will be debited from your selected payment method at checkout.

When selecting PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal website to log in to your account and review the total amount before clicking “Pay Now”. Once you click “Pay Now”, the transaction is completed and you will be redirected back to Fiorucci.

You confirm that the credit or debit card used is your own or that you have been specifically authorised by the cardholder to use it. All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.

To ensure that your shopping experience is safe and secure, we use encryption and other security technologies to protect your payment details. You may choose to save your credit or debit card details in your account for future purchases. For security reasons, you will always be required to enter your CVV code at checkout. All card payments are subject to authorisation and fraud prevention checks, and our fraud team may request additional information before an order is accepted and processed.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love everything you order from Fiorucci. However, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are in their original, sellable condition, unworn, and with all original tags still attached.

You can start your return directly from the ‘Returns & Exchanges’ section in your My Account area. Alternatively, you can quickly and easily initiate your return here using your order number and email address.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of candles, earrings, bodysuits, or swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed.

Additionally, customised products created through our Product Configurator are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made to order according to your specific selections.

If an item is returned in an unsellable condition or does not comply with our Returns Policy, we may send it back to your delivery address and ask you to cover the shipping costs.

All returns are handled via DHL. Customers in the United Kingdom may also return their orders using Royal Mail. You can choose to schedule a collection directly with DHL (or Royal Mail, if applicable) or drop off your parcel at the nearest DHL Service Point. If you decide to use an alternative courier or service, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Fiorucci reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with our policy. Please note that items returned in an unsellable condition may be sent back to you, and additional shipping costs may apply.

OUR EXCHANGES POLICY

Exchanges are available for the same product in a different size only. Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges for a different colour, style, or product. If you wish to make an exchange, please return the original item within 28 days of receipt, following our standard return procedure, and select the appropriate size when submitting your exchange request. All items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all tags still attached. If the requested size is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead. Once your exchange request has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with updated shipping details and tracking information.

Fiorucci reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with our policy. Please note that items returned in an unsellable condition may be sent back to you, and additional shipping costs may apply.

REFUNDS

Your refund will be issued once your returned items have been received and inspected by our warehouse team. We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible, and your refund will be completed shortly after the quality check has been finalised.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If your order was placed using a promotional code or gift card, the refund will be adjusted accordingly and, where applicable, reissued in the same form of payment. Please note that shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Once your refund has been processed, bank or payment provider processing times may vary. Refunds made via PayPal will appear in your PayPal account within 24 hours from the Return Acceptance Confirmation Email. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been issued.

Please note that warehouse processing times may take a little longer during peak periods, such as sales or holiday seasons.

INSTAGRAM: User-Generated Content Terms

Fiorucci loves to see how our products come to life on social media. From time to time, we may request permission to share pictures posted by you on Instagram across our channels. These channels primarily include the official Fiorucci websites but may also extend to other Fiorucci platforms, such as our newsletters, Fiorucci Magazine, or other marketing outlets.

By responding #yesfiorucci to a request from Fiorucci on Instagram regarding a picture (hereinafter referred to as the “Picture(s)”), you agree to the following terms:

You grant Fiorucci Holdings Limited, an English company registered under VAT GB 318649280 (hereinafter “Fiorucci”), a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use your Picture(s) in any manner determined at Fiorucci’s sole discretion and without any obligation to you. This includes, but is not limited to, the right to reproduce, distribute, display, modify, and edit your Picture(s) for marketing and/or advertising purposes.

You also agree to waive any right to be credited or identified in connection with the use of your Picture(s), including when displayed in our newsletters or other communications. Furthermore, you consent to Fiorucci using images in which you are identifiable for marketing and/or advertising purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the material you have submitted, that you have obtained permission from any identifiable individuals appearing in your Picture(s), and that you are an individual (i.e., not acting on behalf of a company). You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental consent, and that Fiorucci’s use of your Picture(s) will not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.

By agreeing to these terms, you release Fiorucci from any obligation to compensate you for the use of your Picture(s) and agree to hold Fiorucci and its representatives harmless from any and all claims (including third-party claims), liabilities, or expenses arising in connection with such use as described above.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the competent courts of London, United Kingdom, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with them.
