To ensure you receive the best service possible, we will select a courier to deliver to your area. If the courier attempts delivery and you are not available, they will card informing you how to rearrange your delivery.
Fiorrucci currently ships from this website to the U.S., Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Holland, Norway, Switzerland, Canada, Hong Kong SAR China and Japan.

Signature for deliveries
Most orders will require a signature on delivery. Please be aware that our service is not a named delivery service and so anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for at any address requested for delivery.
If you are unable to sign for the delivery, the driver will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive working days. If there is still no one available to sign for the package, after 5 days with no communication, it will be returned to our warehouse.

Target sizing for UK, US and mainland Europe is displayed on our website, and on all of the product labels. We recommend using the measurements provided in the size guide to help you decide on the most appropriate size.
Availability of products for shipping
Items that are placed in your website shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. We will let you know if we are unable to fulfil your order. We may choose not to accept your order at our discretion for any reason without liability to you, for example is we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, if shipping restrictions apply to an item, if an item is out of stock, if an item falls short of our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or if you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the Terms. We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. This includes refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
After submitting an order, we will send you an order acknowledgment email. This email will include your order number, details of the items you have ordered from us and delivery details. Please note that this email is an acknowledgement of your order and is not an acceptance of your order.
Payment will be debited from your nominated payment method when your order is despatched.
Tracking your Order
You can track your order by logging into My Account. Tracking details are available from the moment your order is despatched from us to signed receipt at final destination.
We are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses and temporary residence addresses. This is to ensure the safe and undamaged delivery of your order.
Please note that our couriers do not deliver at weekends or bank holidays.
Insurance and Delivery
Our logistics company will deliver your purchases to you using an appropriate delivery company. Ownership of any products ordered by you from us shall pass to you on the date and time of delivery to your nominated address.
We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. A signature is required for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by us, and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
We shall be entitled to supply your purchases in instalments and each instalment shall be deemed to constitute a separate contract with us, and we shall be entitled to supply only part of an order.
